Choose your model (Studio, One Bedroom, or Two Bedroom) and place your order online. You will receive a production estimate and a place in the factory queue.
Site assessment
Our team reviews your property for utility access, foundation requirements, setback compliance, and permit readiness. We identify what site work is needed before delivery.
Permits
Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction. Our partners at Permits.com can help research your local ADU rules. Because the Casita is HUD-code certified, it often qualifies under a different approval path than site-built construction.
Factory build
Your Casita is manufactured in our Las Vegas-area factory. Every unit is built to the same specification on the same production line. Quality is inspected before it leaves.
Delivery
The Casita ships flat on a standard flatbed trailer. No wide-load permit, no crane, no specialized equipment required for transport.
Foundation and site prep
Before delivery, your concrete slab or pier system is poured and cured. Site access is cleared. Utility stub-outs are in place.
Unfold and install
The unit arrives and is unfolded on your prepared foundation. Installation typically completes in a single day.
Connect utilities
Electrical, water, and sewer connections are made by licensed contractors. After inspection, the unit is ready to occupy.
